Up early to pack + get ready for our departure after a very pleasant stay. Took 2 photos (8) (9) of Gertie + some of her works of art, carved desk, and articles of leatherwork. Mr. Herd drove us to station - Gertie + Miss Rona Kitchen there to see us off. Nancy behaved beautifully on the long journey to Levin. Clif met us with the car. Met Father in Levin + he was very pleased with Nancy's appearance, saying it did one good to see her. Very happy we were to reach our own little home again. Father bgt [bought] 13 4 year bullocks today at £13.15.0. Wet night.
