Rode down from Sonoma to sale. Father sold 60 store lambs at 10/1 + 28 small wooly do. [ditto] at 9/3 but did not sell the 12 badly bred steers - later he offered them to me at £3.19.0 + I accepted. After sale got my 86 cull ewes into Cheslyn Rise yards + doctored lame ones, then taking ewes + lambs (157) over to far 42. Back to Sonoma after dark. Father bgt [bought] 250 of my lambs at 13/6.
