Very wet day so could not go up to back line. Started making a platform of stones in front of my whare door as it is getting very boggy there with continued wet weather. Between the showers, Anstice + I logged up site of of sheep yards. Rode around cattle on Mill p[addock] + saw most of them looking well. Home for the night - Father not very well - he badly requires a change.
