Anstice + I up to North Block. Started erecting the sheep yards. Cut + trimmed strainers from old mill uprights + got one in. Jim came up witih cart to bring hay for my bunk + get the weak Kelson hoggarts left behind on Monday. I shepherded Leighton p[addock] + got 4 steers off south end of block + put them with other 28 on Mill p[addock]. One of these 4 was one of the 4 missing steers. The ewes are doing well but there are some very lame ones - they have got the grass on the more accessible parts of Leighton p[addock] very short now.
