Fourth anniversary of Britain's entry into the War. Clif helped me measure + take levels across the old Koputaroa flood-plain in Gravel-pit p[addock], + across Queen St into Prouse's, in order to draw an accurate section. To church in car - Rev Haslam gave a fine address on the war. Cold windy day.
