Over to Cheslyn Rise - picked stones in Gravel-pit p[addock] + dumped them in the pit. I weighed two of the largest boulders - these were on the surface of the upper clayey layer of the old Koputaroa floodplain built when the stream flowed to Levin. Boulder No. 1

: Ovoid + rounded; size 15x10x8 ins, weight 46 lbs. Boulder No. 2: Rhomboidal, flat facets; size 15x10x9 ins, weight 46lbs. Drove to Levin in evening. Recieved notice that I am to be re-examined by a special MilitaryMedical Board at a date to be fixed later.
