Fine day. Rode up to Sonoma - finished sowing patches with grass-seed bought from Father, in 100 ac[re] p[addock], along Leighton-Top p. fence line + a few on "1st burn". In pm cut split + trimmed 4 strainers or angle posts, + 5 posts for Makahika cliff fence. Photo (1/2) pl[ate] of terrace in sect[ion] 11 from Woodside tankstand.
