Clif + I rode up to Sonoma + started crutching my ewes - mustered Mill p[addock] into yards, also got some stragglers out of 100 ac[re] p. Sleety showers all day but got through 143 ewes, 4 rams + 4 ewe lambs, + put them on 100 ac. p. Got wet through at finish. In evening continued re-writing "The Ohau R[iver] + adjacent Coastal Plain".
