Rose up to Sonoma - mustered lambs from

Top p[addock] + rams from 100 ac[re] p. to Mill p. Showers of rain. Moved the 26 steers in Mill p. + 18 other of the 26 (including one of Kay's) in 100 ac. p. to Top p. Home to dinner. In pm drove to Levin to get stores etc. took Margie + Clara to afternoon tea. Later they drove Rev + Mrs Abbey + Roxie up to Woodside as they are to stay with us a few days before they leave for their new circuit at Gisbourne [sic]. In evening we left Roxie + Nancy in charge of Dora + Marjorie + all went down to "social" farewelling the Abbeys. Games, presentation + supper.
