Rode up to Sonoma + pulled foxgloves (6 hours) on northern half of 100 ac[re] p[addock]. Moved remaining ewes in Top p. to 100 ac. p. + opened gate into Mill p. where

there is very good feed. Found a ewe dead lambing on Main Spur + plucked wool. Also one caught in lawyer on Lower Ravine Spur + hung wool on log. Stopped work at 6.30 - home late.
