Overview
Thurs. July 19
A terrible night. Raging torrents of rain all night + about 8 thunderstorms passed over. Water lying everywhere. Worked at home finished digging tree holes for the Lawsoniana hedges + put in corner posts for the small triangular enclosure, beyond the Hollow, in which I am going to plant P. Muricata to connect the original hedge + thus close the gap hitherto made by the swamp. Sledged up firewood. Windy night.
