Drove down to Levin with Bob in Father's old trap to get my gig-wheel + axle, but not finished. In pm rode up to Sonoma + cleaned out the whare for our occupation + also fixed up a bed in room at end of big shed for self. Gilbert went into camp today with the 25th Reinforcements. Heavy rain fell during the night + broke the unprecedented five weeks drought (for this time of the year).
