Tues. Dec. 26.
Boxing Day. About 11 am rode out to Beach + joined Father + Mother's party there. In addition to our family there was Dorothy + Rupert Burlinson + Ron Law, Dora's fiance. We lunched in shade of manuka beside road this side of the Willows + later rode out to + along beach, stopping half way to the Hydrabad. Bathed + returned to former spot for afternoon tea. Very pleasant day.
