Wed. Aug. 23.
Put pickets on one half of the fence at front gate. Drove Maud to Levin - we lunched + shopped together. Attended stock sale - meeting to discuss combined sale day. In evening drove down to Methodist Church Finance committee meeting leaving Maud at Mrs. Abbey's - called for her later, stayed to supper + saw the baby.
