Rode up to Sonoma + started to muster Leighton p[addock] - Father + the new man, George Bloomfield arrived later + helped me finish. Picked up the lot in Ram p. + drove them down to Cheslyn Rise to dip, arriving at 2.30. Dagged + dipped. On counting found

that I had got a splendid muster:- 390 ewes (plus 3 left on N.Blk [North Block] + 3 in far 42), 9 rams + 10 lambs. Sold Father four of the biggest lambs. Put rams in Drive p. + took the ewes over to far 42. Two days work in one.
