Up very early - packed luggage + drove down to our new house + home. Maudie finished

cleaning the windows + Will Whitaker completed a few remaining finishing touches. About 10.30 the first load of furniture arrived from Harveys + the second after dinner. In pm got a young horse from Jas. Prouse's on trial for our gig. Took it to Levin to be shod + in evening rode it round a bit as it is very fresh after 6 months spell. Spent our first night in our little blue bedroom.
