Drove down to Cheslyn Rise early - helped Father shepherd + visited our house to decide

on curtain colours etc. Rode down to sale on Fanny, Maud driving gig. Shopping + dinner at the Taieri. While I attended sale Maud met Will + John Herd who arrived by Napier Mail. Later we all visited our house to see progress. To-day Father + I signed the lease document in connection with North Block, at Mr. Park's office. Drove up to "Sonoma" in evening.
