Cut scrub near Kopje + other improvements in Mill p[addock] till dinner-time. In pm went over
[page break]
to Ohau Flat + continued cutting the sown fern etc. At 5pm rode to Levin to get stores, returning to whare by 8pm. Got news that Mother safely thro' the operation.
