Wed. Sept. 1.
Wet morning. Rode up to North Block on Bobs to camp. Slegded 3cwt [hundredweight] of plain wire + 1 lot of barb from whare up to Main Spur gate on 100 acre p[addock] fence-line, using the canvas harness which I made of old mill belting. Heavy rain came on + wet me through so changed + started making a gate in big shed.
