Steady drizzly showers all day. Left Len sorting timber in stable + went shepherding - found a dead ewe on Leighton's Spur + plucked it. Visited "1st burn" + counted 21 of the 30 steers there. This burn is breaking in wonderfully + the cattle are getting everywhere. In afternoon worked in stable stacking + sorting timber. At 4.30 Len + I roughly mustered Leighton p[addock] putting 132 of the 164 ewes + rams on Mill p.
