Another beautiful day. Got in two lots of ewes + docked lambs. Mustered the "top" turnip hoggaarts [sic] + earmarked them - put them on sect[ion] 37 with the other hoggarts [sic]. Cold night. The battle of the Aisne is still raging but the crisis is rapidly approaching.
