Father, Gil, Jim, Anstice + I rode up to North Bl[oc]k to muster the 327 Kelson lambs off the south end. Found 7 dead + mustered only 258 into the Ram p[addock] - 59 short but we hope to find a good number among my ewes on Leighton p[addock]. 5 lambs too weak to travel, left them on Mill p[addock] - started for home at

2.30 pm - lambs crossed river partly over foot-bridge + partly over ford - slow drive home - arrived after dark about 6.15. Cold day with sleety rain from ranges.
