Anstice, Gil + I took the 230 shorn lambs to sale yards + after breakfast we drove down the 42 fat bullocks. A great deluge of rain at 11.am lasted for some time + rather spoiled sale of sheep. We got following prices for our lambs:- 102 fwd [forward] rapelambs 10/-; 98 store lambs 7/- ; 30 cull lambs 5/-. The 42 fat + forward bullocks fetched £7.10.0. Had afternoon tea with Father, Mr CK Wilson MP. + Uncle Bert.
