Up at 5am to take some fat sheep (21) of Uncle Bert's to rly [railway] station. Gil Jim, Anstice + I rode up to North Block + got in a splendid days scrubbing along edge of felled bush to north of "Ohau Summit". After work did some drain digging on east end of Dirty Flat.
