Got in the 290 "Waikanae" hoggarts [sic] + drafted out 115 fat + forward wethers + 175 ewes + smaller wethers - took latter lot UR making 504 now on South Block (179 hoggarts [sic] on home farm) Got in "young" ewes, picked out 57 dry ones + put rest, with the 115 forward "W" hoggarts [sic], on near 42 to give their lambs

a chance to fatten. Put 33 lambs of "old" ewes into woolshed for me to shear tomorrow.
