Rode to Levin to get shearers - H. Morgan + Toti. The three of us shore 167 ewes + lambs + my tally was 31 ewes + 12 lambs but did not get in a full day - my total tally is now 207. The others with Uncle Bert's +

Wally Stewart's help got in most of the 3ac[res] of hay cut last Thursday - very hot + sunny day + hay in excellent order.
