Drove to Levin to get some goods for Father – I bought 4 sheets of galvanised iron for the small tool-shed I am erecting on the North Block. After dinner Father permitted me to take the iron up river so I drove old “Maori” in heavy trap – a slow trip but stuff on spot. Collected a stool + small table from one of the wrecked mill whares for my tool-shed. In evening, Clare, Father, Viv + I drove down to Foreign Missionary lecture in Century Hall delivered by Father Karl
