Clif + I took father's 80 cull lambs to Levin sale

they sold at 7/6 (wooly) [sic] + 7/10 shorn. I bought two of Smiths 2-tooth rams @ 3 gns each. Drove down to meet Napier mail train Clare, Dora + Margie also there with car. Maud + babies + Girlie all arrived safely + looking well. Very glad to get them home again Maud + I spent happy evening.
