Over to Cheslyn Rise - continued shearing my ewes + lambs - Clif 9L, 2H; Self 13L, 16E. After dinner Percy + Jimmy helped me drive all my shorn sheep (294) up to Sonoma + put them on Leighton p[addock]. Saw the 13 steers on Mill p. + most of those in 100 ac[re] + Top p. We found 4 ewes + 7 lambs - stragglers but fairly free of biddy + put them in Ram p. Shore one lamb.
