Up at 5.30 - Clif came over + helped me draft steers in far 42. Took out the 11 []5.6.0 steers + the one of Read's ([]6.18.6). Took them over to Cheslyn Rise + branded. Drove them up to Sonoma, + put them on 100 ac[re] p[addock]. Saw 23 of the 27 steers in Mill p. + moved the 23 in 100 ac. into Mill p. Unable to find the 2 in Top p. Moved ewes + lambs from Top p. to 100 ac. p. Split + trimmed 5 more posts for Leighton-Grange p. fence - finished sawing big logs on line ready to move when I can get help. Home at 6.40pm.
