Rode up to Sonoma - mustered ewes from Top to 100 ac[re] p[addock] + saw six lambs, the 1st this season. Moved 24 steers from Top to 100 ac. p. + one ewe which seemed to have a

broken leg from Top to Mill p. The pig-rooting some quite fresh in Top p. is awful. Spent rest of day clearing line + cutting lengths of hinau for Grange - Leighton p. fence. 3 of the steers in Mill p. missing.
