Barometer down to 29.1. Rode up to Sonoma - roughly shepherded Leighton + Top paddocks. Lunched at whare + cut piece of iron out of one of the old tanks for back of dining-room fireplace. In pm put remaining posts in Makahika cliff fence + started running out wires. Very heavy bursts of rain.
