Sat. July 5
Over to Cheslyn rise - continued logging up in Gravel-pit p[addock] but rain stopped us. Returned to woolshed - cleaned + greased the shearing machine - pressed Father's crutching wool - also my bale of same which only weighed 236 lbs nett. In pm drove down to Levin in Cheslyn Rise car to shop - deluge of rain.
