Lovely fine day. Clif + I continued crutching Father's sheep with machines. Frank + Father assisted with blades. Finished "young" ewes (86) + did about 150 lambs after dagging them. Maud drove Winnie down to catch Wgton [Wellington] train, or started to, but Silvermane stuck them up + finally Clare took them in the car. Read "The Mystery of the Green Heart" by Max Pemberton.
