Overview
Thurs. Jan. 3
At 10.30 Winiata + Morgan arrived + went on shearing Father's "UR" lambs doing 83 + 23 ewes, also 7 more of my lambs. Heavy rain during day but we jammed another lot of ewes in shed + kept them dry. The carrier took away my 12 bales of wool - 8 Ewes, 2 Lambs, 1 Hoggets, + 1 P[iec]cs Dead wool, Inferior fleeces. Father got 18d for his "home" ewes + hoggets wool.
