Nancy is one year old today + weighs 19 3/4 lbs [pounds].Shearers started my lambs at
[page break]
6.am and did 75 (I left 3 late lambs unshorn). Later in morning they started on the last 83 ewes but after doing 4, found them too wet + stopped work.I left this lot of ewes + lambs in Father's little horse p[addock].Drove Maud + Nancy to Levin in afternoon. Nancy looked lovely in a bonnet + coat presented by Clare and was very lively + good.
