Overview
Thurs. Oct. 18
Father, Frank, Clif + I started off for South Block to dock lambs but weather too bad so rode up to Sonoma instead. Mustered the 37 steers in Mill p[addock] into Ram p. + drafted out 29 to bring down to far 42 to improve for sale. Mr. Kay looked through the 37 steers for any of his, but didn't claim one, although we were doubtful about one. After Father + Clif left Frank + I went up to Main Wedge Spur + cut lengths of posts etc for the last peice of Leighton - Top p. fence. In evening Frank helped me saw rata firewood in far 42.
