Over to Cheslyn Rise – hay + turnip shells to cattle in rear 42, Steward p[addock] + 20 ac[re] p. In pm rode up to South Block to shepherd – saved one ewe, rest looking splendid. Carried home a large specimen of puka to plant. Father returned from his week in Napier.
