Father + I hayfed stock + shepherded breeding-ewes. In pm we moved the cyclone fence in 10 1/2 ac[re] p[addock] to give the lambs a fresh cut of swedes. George returned in pm - he has passed fit for active service abroad - out of 65, only 15 passed + he was one of them.
