Squalls of rain all day. Worked inside at the "treasure cot" + in afternoon dug kitchen garden + with Maud's help planted potatoes, French beans + lettuce. Wrote to Mr. J. Whitaker accepting his estimate of £5.10.0 for repairing the ends of big shed at Sonoma.
