Rode up to Sonoma + continued clearing + mending the east b[oun]d[ar]y fence. Made very good progress repairing four of the five remaining breaks. Mustered 24 steers into 100 ac[re] p[addock] from Top p. + saw 9 others, leaving 22 missing. Carried three young native trees - 2 miros + one "five-finger" from hilltop down to Woodside + planted them on east side of house. In evening Maud + I drove down to see "Neptune's Daughter" in the Kings Theatre - a very fine picture.
