Engravings of plants from Tierra del Fuego

Some 65 species from Tierra del Fuego are represented by black and white engravings in Te Papa’s collections.

A set of six engravings per species was sent to New Zealand in the late nineteenth century. Te Papa holds four engravings for most of the species, with a total of 258 proofs.
