Clifford, Andy, Erny + I rode up to North Bl[ock] + pulled foxgloves on 100 ac[re] p[addock] south from Punga Spur less 1/2 Ohau Flat + face down to Ohau River. On the lower end of Foxtail Spur

found thousands of tiny foxgloves which we could not pull. Except on lower parts of Main + Upper Ravine Spurs there are practically no foxgloves on Top p. After work cut the patches (3) (on Mill + Leighton paddocks) of Calfornian [thistles]. Very hot day.
