Warm day. Erny + I rode up to North Blk [block] to camp. Took tools up to hilltop via Narby's

spur + started clearing north bdy [boundary] fence-line (north side 1st "burn" hilltop). Big job owing to masses of timber fern etc. Felled a big rimu on line + cleared right through but did not quite finish. After work pulled fox-gloves on south end of Mill p[addock] till 1 pm. Drizzle of rain in evening.
