Andy, Erny + I rode up to North Block + pulled floxgloves on rest of Leighton's spur - the weed very thickly spread so did not get thro [sic] as big an area as hoped for. It's terrible wasting time with this unprofitable job when so much urgent work is waiting. Saw another dead ewe on side spur of Leighton's Spur. Rode down to
