Anstice + I went up to the North Block to stay till Saturday. Finished putting

wires on Kay's + my Makahika boundary fence + put in strainers for new entrance gate on Gladstone Road at south end of gravel cutting. Took the old entrance gate to pieces to paint junctions before hanging in new position. Black night with sprinklings of rain.
