Mustered the 324 Kelson wether lambs + earmarked them - found 9 ewe lambs among them. Also docked 11 rams. Finished mowing Slope Lawn. Also completed the suspension bridge over Koputaroa Stream in Shrubbery. We are making preparations for a garden party to be held here on the 18th inst[ant] - the garden is looking fine + should be a great attraction - Gil finished building a pergola of prickly acacia near the stream rose garden. returned from Wgton [Wellington]. Clare went up to Auckland today to see the Exhibition - she is to stay with the Shackleford's.
