We all, including Father, rode up to North Block to mark out + cut line for east boundary of 100 ac[re] paddock. Started operations from saddle at foot fo the "Main" spur. Father + I marked out line northward, running up the "Boulder" spur to the "Lower Ravine" spur + then

down to the south fork of the "Main Ravine". The fence will stop there at present, the steep, fern-covered face of the "Wedge" spur acting as a block. Returning to the others, we worked south, over the "Foxtail" spur + up slope to summit of the East Low Hill, cutting a belt thro' the dense scrub + fern. We found a fairly good line, though the stream between the "Foxtail" Spur + East Low Hill is rather boggy. A very heavy days work + done up by evening.
