K McKenzie dipped 526 sheep. With Morgan’s help Father, Jim + I drenched the 354 1st class Waikanae lambs + dipped them. Becher dipped 11. Mustered cull ewes + drafted for Friday’s sale : – 20 culls + 115 breeding ewes. We are keeping a number of culls for fattening. Received telegram from Vicker’s to truck Uncle Bert’s sheep on Saturday morning. Gaslight prints of N[apier]-T[aupo] route scenes for illu[strated] papers.
