Also known as: Sphaeropteris microlepidota
Family: Cyatheaceae

Recognition:

  • the indusia completely enclose the sori, but fold back at maturity to be all but obscured.
  • the stipe is long (cf. C. propinqua).

Distribution: only found in Fiji.

Very similar to C. propinqua, which differs in having a very short stipe.
